National Engineering College, Kovilpatti in association with SALIS organised a National Conference on 12th-14th October 2023 at National Engineering College, Kovilpatti. I played a role of Assistant Conference Director for the same.

Resource Person-Leadership Training Programme
Gave a talk on "Communicate effectively to be a Humane Leader" to the B.Ed Students Teachers on 20.11.2023during 3.15pm-4.30 pm. Asked them to fill up a small questionnaire on Communication Skills which is a self evaluation. There were 56 participants.
